The executive at the front desk, Ms Catherine was extremely helpful & accommodating. And the hotel driver, Mr Li always go the extra mile to ensure we get to places we are heading to comfortably & worry free. Well done One Residence :)

Not really a dislike, but a feedback. It will be more convenient for guests if the hotel website states guests should have their own personal transport.

Overall it's a very comfortable place. Valued for money. Very conducive.

We only managed to checked in at 7.30pm which was bad. I actually email them in advance that we'll be arriving from 5-6pm but the house was not ready to handle over. We've to hang around for one hour plus but the stayed compensated for their shortcoming.

Spacious environment and cleanliness.

Water pressure is very low, bathing is a bit inconvenience. Ground floor room air cond not working as expected. Living room sofa insufficient for 8 pax.

Corner house not value for money, pay more for garden, not built in space. There were mosquitoes in the bedroom, couldn't get a good night's sleep. Aircon remote cannot control fan speed, too cold for comfort. Reception attitude was nonchalent when informed about mosquito situation. Not a word of apology.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa which was ideal for our family with 3 children, and the price was reasonable. It was not in the city centre, but not too far : 5-10 min by car. The villa is situated in a quite residential area and was very comfortable and big. The hotel itself has no restaurant and no food was available in the evening (we arrived late), but the stuff ordered for us a meal from a local restaurant.

In the reservation I had a wrong address of the hotel and it took us an hour to find it, the stuff was not eally helpful with the indications.... The other thing I did not like is the slow service: we did not have any cutlers in the villa and it took them a half an hour to bring it. Otherwise, I am satisfied with our stay there.

Clean, neat and comfortable.

I feel one set of keys to the house is insufficient and inconvenient because when few members of group go out and when they return they have to disturb the others who may be resting/sleeping in order to open the gate for them to enter. Maybe the management can do something to solve this problem. Other than that, everything is good and fine.

Awesome! We like the stay so much, as well as my children. Spacious, clean, new...we will plan to stay again with other family members for gathering and holidays... :) P/s: all in one shampoo, dish drops, oven, mini bar, towels, hair dryer, sandals, 3 in one coffee and tea, kettles are available, and simple breakfast served. With this reasonable room charges, I think is good value of money. (no mosqy in the unit that we stay)

Perhaps small fridge is expected. I will bring my own dish drops, laundry bags, dishes and cutlery, extra cups if more than 8 persons stay for my next visit.

The house was well kept and clean plus the facilities were new. Spacious rooms, comfortable enough to accommodate 8 occupants. Located in a quiet neighbourhood.

Be carefull on the price in Booked.net and real house price. When I want to check out, hotel charge me extra than the price in Booked.net

We travelled as a family of 7 adults and 2 kids. The space and number of rooms were good for our large family. In addition, there was an adequate of toilets. The portuguese settlement was nearby and there was a wide range of food places to visit (if you have a car). The location is reasonable if you have your own transport. It was not easy to navigate and find our way to the residence in the dark (road signs were often difficult to read in the poorly lit roads and because they were tine) and without gps... Hence, a word of advice would be to make sure you have the gps system ;)

I suppose the fact that it was a landed meant that there were mosquitoes which had their full, feasting on the children.

The beds are very comfortable. And everything else works.

The reason for us staying at one residence is for my 2 families to stay together. We are traveling with 4 young kids and had expectation that it will be some what of an apartment. There was no stove which woils be good to have. But what was more disappointing is the size of the fridge. It was a mini bar and with a bungalow that big, I would expect a small fridge at least.
